With all the rubbish in my life at the moment, the only thing that is stopping me licking windows is biking. So yesterday, waking up with stomach cramps that meant I couldnt ride was shit.

I only realise just how much it keeps me sane when I dont do it. Miserable as fuck today.

Going to see if I can get a pass out for Sunday and take myself somewhere nice.
