"this is not the height of everest" everest (dubious wiki fact alert!) is about 29,000ft but as the fannies who climb it start from basecamp at 17,000ft they only actually climb 12,000ish lowey has managed double that (and a lot more miles too) without sherpas holding his hand, well done lowey :-)
