On the plus side, I went to Preston on Sunday with my youngest daughter and spontaneously exploded with pride watching her get a gold medal. She took it all in her stride and just said its one more for the collection.

OBAD - is BAD
2 rides missed now. Ok Sunday was Mothers Day so wouldnt have been riding anyway, but its the thought that even if it hadnt been MD, I couldnt have riden anyway that did my head in. I;m going out on Thursday come what may and I will sacrifce some chickens on Wednesday in the hope that my Knee holds up.
